How long will it take for my case to be approved?

Maria Jones Law Firm processes hundreds cases per month. The amount of time it will take to process your case will depend on YOU. It will depend how quickly you provide us with necessary documentation and information; the rest will be up to the Immigration Service Agency. What if I move during this process?

That is not a problem. As far as you notify our office in advance about your new address, it will not negatively affect your case. We will make sure that every single document will contain your new address. If you move after your Petition has been already sent to USCIS, we will file a “Change of Address” on your behalf to insure that nothing is lost during this important process.
